May I Return My Subscription Box? - Returns; Shipping & Replacement Requests

Should you happen to be dissatisfied with a box, don’t hesitate to let us know. It’s very important for us to receive such feedback and rest assured that we will respond.  

Beautyclickbox is committed to providing good customer service and customer satisfaction. We stand behind and believe in the products we sell and will review and respond to all requests for returns or replacements.  

Beautyclickbox accepts returns at our sole discretion. You understand and agree that Beautyclixkbox shall have sole discretion to process refunds and exchanges for any Product unless the Product received by you is damaged and/or expired. If a Product is defective, you may notify us and we will send you a new item. To request a replacement item, please contact us at support@beautyclickbox.com.

Additional shipping fees may be applied to all other orders.  For loss or damage claims, you must notify Beautyclickbx within 7 days of the date the box was deliveed to you if you believe all or part of your order is missing or damaged.

Replacement of Products claimed as not received or damaged/destroyed are subject to our investigation, which will include a check with the courier service we use.    

Should a product in your box be missing or damaged, please let us know. Send us an email via support@beautyclickbox.com.  Please also include a photo of the damaged item.  This is important as it will help us to process a refund or replacement quickly.  .

Beautyclickbox will have a replacement product shipped at our discretion.
